Curiosity Tank — Digital Products Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of any digital product sold through this site, including AI assistants, prompt files, templates, guides, and tools (each, a "Product"). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Curiosity Tank grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product you purchased for your own individual professional or educational work. This license is personal to you and may not be transferred to any other person or entity.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the Product for your own professional or educational work

  • Reference outputs or content generated through use of the Product in your own deliverables

  • Use the Product across multiple devices that you personally own or control

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer any Product file to any other person or organization

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any Product in any form

  • Reproduce or publish the contents of any Product in any other tool, course, product, or platform

  • Remove, obscure, or misrepresent Curiosity Tank attribution in any outputs you share publicly

  • Use an individual license on behalf of a team, organization, or company without purchasing a team license

4. Team and Organizational Use

Use of any Product by more than one person requires a separate team license. Team licenses are available for organizations of all sizes. To inquire, contact michele@curiositytank.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All Products sold through this site, including prompt text, template structure, methodology, and written content, are the original work of Curiosity Tank and are protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Curiosity Tank.

6. No Warranty

Products are provided as-is. Curiosity Tank makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any Product or outputs generated through its use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curiosity Tank's liability for any claim arising from your use of a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

8. Updates and Access

Digital Products are delivered at the time of purchase. Curiosity Tank may update Products over time. Updated versions may be made available to prior purchasers at Curiosity Tank's discretion but are not guaranteed.

9. AI-Powered Products

Some Products sold through this site incorporate AI language models operated by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Google (Gemini). Curiosity Tank does not control these platforms, their availability, pricing, or behavior. Outputs generated through AI-powered Products are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or consistent across platforms or over time. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use. Curiosity Tank is not liable for changes to third-party AI platforms — including feature changes, access restrictions, or service interruptions — that affect the functionality of any Product.

10. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these Products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact michele@curiositytank.com within 7 days of purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
