My "Ask Like A Pro" students often share feedback that rocks me to the core. A student, who is currently Observing the October series via the recorded replays, has yet to finish the series, and is a practicing UXR shared this with me today:

"This course is really helping me fill in gaps but also giving me more confidence to carry on research projects. There's an assumption that since you're called a User Researcher that you can figure this out. Having to do this all by myself was very daunting. I feel like now I am more equipped to handle basically anything."

"I'm super happy I took this program even though I'm not technically done yet! It's super helpful for anyone trying to learn user research. I don't think it's only user research specific though.

There's a lot of skills, like analysis skills, I found really helpful.

Learning to deal with people, reading your stakeholders, are not necessarily UX Research specific.

I now think a lot about how I can apply these skills outside of UXR and ask myself 'how could I approach this differently and use these various frameworks.’ I kind of look at everything from a UXR lens now. It's great."
