Video won social years ago. YouTube became the default place to learn everything. Zoom replaced audio-only calls. We watch, react, move on.

Static decks. Long-form docs. PDFs nobody opens. These stopped resonating long before AI flooded everyone with more of them. AI just made the pain more obvious.
